Demand for IT professionals with cloud computing skills is surging day by day because It's expensive to buy a supercomputer for any organization which costs thousands of dollars as compared to cloud technology which consists of multiple personal computers connected to each other, sharing resources and working on the same task, in the end it provides enough processing power and storage space equivalent to a super computer. Cloud computing technology can transfer anywhere that will benefit IT professionals for setting up a company at different physical locations, IT professionals won't have to worry about updating servers and solving other computer issues which let organization to focus on their main target and it also helps them to increase mobility which let employees free to work anywhere. It will benefit in finance and business too, like setting up a small private cloud of computers in a university can save the cost of buying a supercomputer. It is used in fields which require more processing power and data storage space, like educational institutes, hospitals, national database systems, software production, graphics designing, game developing, and data warehouse companies. The cloud technology provides more resources for the low price but it has some disadvantages too, like the low level of security, Inflexibility, Possible downtime, high power consumption and more complex to implement, because it's implemented over the internet, which is sometimes not reliable. * Security issues: As cloud computing is implemented over the internet, which is less safe as compared to private network makes it less secure and easily hack-able. * Inflexibility: A computer cloud is located at different physical locations, which makes data redundant and results in inflexibility. * High power consumption: It consists of many computers, which requires power for its components in order to work, which results in high power consumption. That's why the demand of software engineers and computer engineers with the skills and expertise of cloud technology increased drastically as compared to other fields.
