After a relatively quiet year of foreclosure filings, the pace seems to have increased again with respect to how many are being filed each week.? Prior to this year of limited activity, there had been quite a flurry of activity but then the ?robo-signing? situation brought things to a very drastic slowdown.? At this point homeowners associations have become much more aggressive and what used to be a very, very slow process is now proving to be a bit quicker than those owners who thought they had all the time in the world might have thought.?
